Frequent disconnect from EA servers, NHL23 and now PGA

I keep getting booted from NHL23 and now PGA online matches (usually 3rd hole). My internet speed and packet loss are fine. Ps5 with Ethernet connection. I set up a static IP with port forwarding. Plz help!

    I tried all the suggested options with no success. I ended up reviewing my router (Arris G36) logs and saw that the game was trying to establish port forwarding using UPnP and named the rule “EA tunnel”. I think something in my router was either closing the port or having some other error which was causing the disconnect. I purchased a new router and had no issues playing 3 separate online games last night.

    Hey @Yeks85 When you have a moment can we try the following steps?

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Verify you signed into your PSN account
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    If you can't seem to stay connected go into your network settings and turn off Internet Protocol Version 6. Seems to have worked for me
