tried restarting the game and the laptop but doesn’t work. I have already completed this challenge but the stars didn’t get added for some reason. If I shut down the console and restart the other challenges usually work.

@EA_Illium I have this exact same issue with the "#TeamTitleist" Jessica Korda challenge, also on PS5.
However, I would also add that SEVERAL of the Titleist Challenges do not work/load. I tried to play "Scottie Mass Index" and "Par-5s With Nelly", and got the same hang-up in the TPC Boston screen.
I have tried other challenges for other brands that require you to play against an AI opponent - and even other Titleist ones in the third level, and those all worked.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to play the above mentioned Titleist Sponsor Challenges
What happens when the bug occurs? The TPC Boston loading screen appears, but remains on the screen. The loading trophy in the lower left of the screen continues to spin.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be taken onto the course to play the challenges.
Same problem on PC. What a dumpster of a game. ☹️
Constantly rebooting to get through previous challenges and now I hit this one that just freezes up completely
EA, you should be embarrassed this all has not been cleaned up yet...

Would it be possible to get the following information as well?
- Platform (or client):
- Online ID (PSN/Gamertag,etc):
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive? Internal - not sure it matters, but I have a physical disc copy of the game

The TPC Boston screen just hangs there until you close out of the game.

When you have a moment can we try the following?
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
