Same problem on PC. What a dumpster of a game. ☹️
Constantly rebooting to get through previous challenges and now I hit this one that just freezes up completely
EA, you should be embarrassed this all has not been cleaned up yet...

Would it be possible to get the following information as well?
- Platform (or client):
- Online ID (PSN/Gamertag,etc):
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

Does this happen to any other account on the device? No...I don't have any other accounts on the device
Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive? Internal - not sure it matters, but I have a physical disc copy of the game

The TPC Boston screen just hangs there until you close out of the game.

When you have a moment can we try the following?
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

- Powered PS5 off, waited 60 seconds, powered up again, did not help
- I am signed in
- My game/console has the most recent updates
- Just restored licenses...the game still hangs when trying those specific Titleist challenges
- I looked thru the connection guides, and my connection is fine
- Followed instructions to open the NAT...issue still remains
- Changed DNS settings, using public Google DNS primary and secondary...did not fix the issue and actually prevented me from connecting to the EA servers. Resorted back to Automatic DNS settings and could access servers again. Titleist challenge issue remains
- Rebuilt the PS database...issue is still there.
