Game freezing during playoffs (The Players Championship)

At hole 18, I needed a birdie to tie the lead at this tournament which I did hence leading to a 3 hole playoff (hole 16-18). However, every time, I finish the 16th hole the game freezes (shows a picture of a house) and won't let me proceed to finish the last 2 holes. So I exit and "save my rounds" but it brings me back to the 17th hole before the playoffs. I probably have done this entire process three times already.. making a birdie on the 18th then play hole 16 then freeze.
