Game momentarily freezes during swing causing bad shot.

Product: EA SPORTS PGA TOUR
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug My player freezes at the top of the swing arc or back of the putting arc for a couple of seconds before continuing. Every time this happens, it also shows my swing to be way offline, causing a bad shot. It happens at least a couple of time per round, sometimes more.l. This also happened in the old Rory McIlroy game as well.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. I have very good Wi-fi and all connections are solid.
What happens when the bug occurs? When play resumes after a couple of seconds, I am shown to have a bad swing and a bad shot every time. When it happens, I "hold my finish" until it resumes and the shot is away, but to no avail.
What do you expect to see? No freeze.

Don't know what else to tell you. Problem is fairly straight-forward.

@par5onin2-3 Your controller should allow you to capture a 15-30 second clip with the new center button.

I had the same issue on PS5. I have clips I can send to you as well from my console if you can indicate how to deliver them.

On PS5 the similar function lets you upload the videos to YouTube which I do and then share the links here. I'm guessing the same is possible on XBOX?

I have the same issue most of my online losses involve this. Downswing doesn’t register and then lag input causes -3 and 30% offline strike. It’s like a shank is programmed in the game it always costs me at least 1 shot

The share button and then selecting to share to YouTube (I'd normally edit the start and end points before doing so though). You'll need to link your YouTube account to do this.
