Summarize your bug Freeze during putting, all progress and entry fee currency lost. I have lost at least $3,000 in coin due to this, which is unacceptable, to say nothing of lost time.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start putting early. Happened to me on Hole 17 of Hilton head (daily Tour) and one other course the other day.
What happens when the bug occurs? Player animation freezes. Menus still work but nothing else does. You have to quit out.
What do you expect to see? Normal putting. Me finishing with a good score and not losing all my entry fee money.
I would like at very least a refund of the entry fee money I have lost due to this bug. This was a waste of time and effort for nothing due to this bug.
This happened to me too. When you begin and end putting too quickly the game freezes. It career it is okay because you can still 'save round' however on online tournaments you cannot therefore I have lost 30 tickets from this from 3 different events. It is unacceptable and I would also agree that it at least warrants a full refund on ticket / coins AT LEAST.
