Golfer Freezes in Putting Animation

Summarize your bug I spent 10,000 in game currency to get 10 tokens in order to play the seasonal tournament. I’m frozen in a putting animation on the 10th hole and if I back out I lose all the money.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’ve noticed that if you give the power for a putt and do the follow through before the player gets set, the player on screen will bring the putter back and then stop. But a couple seconds later he will follow through most of the time. I was impatient and frustrated because I missed an easy out and this time pressed triangle a couple of times to speed it up and when the putter went back it’s been froze. I’ve waited a good 30 minutes because I don’t want to lose the money I put into the tokens, but still frozen. Have pressed every button but can’t get out of it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes and you have to back out of the round. Losing any coins you spent on tokens…
What do you expect to see? The player to finish the putt instead of freezing. I would also like the 10,000 in game currency back that I spent on 10 tokens to play in the tournament.
