Maybe its just me but I thought the green view would include the elevation in Sim mode.
Would a caddie book not include this in real golf?
I'm just starting to play more Sim and find some of the more extreme elevations very difficult to judge.
Is this a feature that regular Sim players just don't want to make it more difficult or would others like to see this feature as well?
Just curious what other players think about this.

Live Service also means that when there's no more money to be made, they will not only stop developing the game but also probably shutdown the server. We will lose all of our characters, career mode and will be stuck with only Quick Play. Maybe that's the reason they're making it hard to earn coins in this game for those entering all tournaments. It forced some to buy green points for tickets with real money, or spend real money for the premium Pro-pass to earn even more coins.
@ELF014 I find the same with putting… it’s just too simplistic. Just set the distance with the wonderful aiming marker (you’ll sense the sarcasm there) and hit the putt. Nothing gets away, it’s all judgement and less about the execution and it should be about both.

They literally said there’s room for everyone as in the game should be in such way everybody can enjoy and feel engaged in and then you say they’re saying its all about “ THEM THEM THEM”, the exact opposite of what they actually said and you then went on to compare them to politicians like Donald Trump and call them selfish. Uncalled for and disrespectful.
Everything they and I have said has been about including simmers into the game, expanding the difficulties, resolving the issues and improving the product so WE ALL enjoy the game equally. We have never once said or wished that the game is catered for simmers only and to wipe out the arcade/casual base. However, your bizarre and immature outbursts becoming personal are not only inaccurate but completely uncalled for.
You’d be amazed at how a game can actually cater to all levels of players. Just look at the F1 games with its fine tuning of AI level as well as the many driver and visual aids. That’s also an EA game and they include so many of sim type racers as well as the arcade and casual racers. Why can’t EA learn how to do the same in a golf game which really should be easier to do.
Maybe the truth is also you want the game just to be for players like you. Either way, you’re not exactly shining bright with these outbursts, making ridiculously false claims and personal attacks

Isn't the whole idea of this game to imitate the golfing experience? And every step closer to that the ultimate goal?
They can always create an easier playing environment with slower green speeds reducing the balls roll out. And reducing the impact of a poor swing and poor timing with a more receptive setting in the game.
I don't get all the anger. There is room for everyone... isn't it time they expanded this game to accommodate more skill levels? For the game to grow you need more participants, rather than limit the amount of people wanting to play the game.
There are a lot of people here encouraging EA to expand and improve the game. A lot of you call it complaining... they see potential unfulfilled. And the window to capture this group of players will not stay open forever.
For the game to stay the way it is, with the ever shrinking user base. This game will get shelved, and I don't think anyone wants that.
Like usual, you have no idea what other players other than simmers want. No idea at all. And when you requested that the ball should go over the hole like the hole was not there in your stupid bug report, and EA did EXACTLY what you wanted... everybody got mad and most left, you started to deflect and put the fault on everybody else like a crass politician like Trump and Trudeau. All in the same pods. And here you have another of your bright idea to make everybody mad again, wiping out Arcade, Pro and lots of Tour players just for your fantasies. So selfish.
Now if EA really doesn't want an Arcade and Pro mode, so be it. We will leave. And 3-clickers can have fun with a sweet spot and all green arc until the end with no perfect. Wipe most of them out too just like you wish. Simmer dreams, ruining every game for everybody else one at a time.
Again you like to take things out of context. I said at the time a putt hit to go 30 feet from 2 feet away shouldn't be going into the hole. If you think that is realistic then I guess we really have nothing to dicuss.
Now I do agree that EA as usual screwed up how they addressed fixing it.
I think that you are right, we want that the game is close to real golf. For those who didn't want to play sim golf, the game has already a lot of option to choose to get a very easy experience. A lot of people are complaining for nothing but I don't think @ELF014 are one of them.
I'm just tired of people that said they will left the game. Just do it and don't bother me with that. If you want to help dev to upgrade this game because this game is awesome and it's the better golfing game experience, I'm happy to hear your thought.
