How are rewards still broken?

Decided to start a new character to clean up some of the remaining quests.  Skipped to the first alternate event, Lighthouse Open.  Won event.  Received the measly 775 rp under PGA Tour tab.  Tournament Wins pt.1 under Career tab says Completed…no reward.  9000 rp gone.  Just never even existed.  Not under Rewards tab and not auto-added to my total rp.  They even have the nerve to put that bright green box under the quest that says “Collected” like it’s a joke.  A neon green slap in the face.  Funny thing is it’s exactly what I expected to happen.
