It's easy. On top menu, you go to the golfer tab, then skills. Then you add your new points to Short game. When you move your cursor around, you can see which new skills you can add with your points.

The shields on each line represents an opportunity to open up a new skill type. Other than that it's up to you how you want to allocate your points.
The common view is that other than to get the Texas Wedge skill, it is better to spend points in places other than putting. Though adding skills there will now reduce the size of the putting grids.
Thank you very much. Yeah! With the answer of our mate, we found the way to do it, so I've gone all in in my short game as I find it particularly important in golf and I have a good (short) driving and a fair amount of fairways caught right now. Now that I've got many other type of shots that allow me to play better, I'm spending some on power to give me some strength in long shots.
