I have found that this works. I hate it since EA has not provided a,way to lockdown a room with specific parameters other than their presets which are lacking.

As RodSirloin say, STROKE and NOT selecting a preset game mode (ie. PRO, SIM)... it should use each players personal gameplay settings.

At least that is what we have noticed in our group.
