I don't get Career mode, just get quick play!

Have created a case with EA. I bought this game and I can't get career mode or anything!  The only thing I can get when turning the game is quick play.  It asked to scan a QR code and change my pass...

    Hi @hahnzy99 

    As @yeahitwasluck mentioned this typically happens if the game is not fully downloaded or you are not connected to PGA servers. 

    Can you check if the game is fully downloaded and has no updates? If so, try the steps provided here.
