Instead of a new account, try deleting the personal saved data for PGA Tour. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate PGA Tour and delete the saved data.

They should have added them prior to release of a faulty game

  • @MaouYumisu Every body the answer is to add a new user account on your PlayStation . Must be different email address that as never been used on your PlayStation and new gamer tag I used my partners . When you have done this then make a new ea account with the new PlayStation user details . Do all the verification code numbers . Make sure your new PlayStation user account is signed in . That start up the game in the new user account . This worked for me. It’s a long winded process but it works . Good luck
