If your gme won't load or disconnects after starting a gam, try this

If your game boots u back to lobby or only plays in offline mode, try this

If you're booted from games after the lobby try this if you have steam.

or maybe you can only play a full game in offline mode.

This suddenly happened to me and I could only play solo games and every multiplayer game I got a black screen while everyone else started there game. 

If you do reinstall you MUST install steam first completely

Then install on a fresh copy of the EA app

OR

find the C: program and search for Electronic Arts, EALaunchhepler.exe file and open it, it will open the ea app and CLICK REPAIR NOT INSTALL

And it may say file corrupted,

so repair the game file

Go to your library

Above your games/favorite list is A DROP DOWN MENU WITH

"GAMES↓"

"ALL"

"TOOLS"

Select" Tools"

and scroll down the list until you see Streamworks Common redistributable 

But there is another one the old one

Steamworks SDK redist

Select them both and launch or install it may prompt to update steam and restart steam, 

Restart your computer and load steam first then the EA App,( you may want to unselect the "run EA app at startup" option 

It completely fixed mine
