Incorrect scoring Average (-2147483648)

Product: EA SPORTS PGA TOUR
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug My scoring average is: -2147483648
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check the scoring average when looking at player statistics.
What happens when the bug occurs? It displays the above
What do you expect to see? Something realistic

    Hi @insertfablehere When you have a moment can you try the following steps?

    Spoiler
    • Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates 
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Persistent Storage 
      • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
      • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 
    • Alternate Mac: 
      • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
      • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
      • Select restart

    Yeah I'm having the same issue.  When I was playing all 18 holes in career mode it didn't seem to have this problem.  But for one game I decided to change to "quick" mode.  It was after that game that I noticed the bug that hadn't been there before.

    Edit:  I'm playing on PS5

    @Maverick_Q4L There's gotta be some type of bug with the quick play thing... I have been unable to start career mode in Full Play from Round 1, Hole 1. Everytime it starts me in quick play career, on hole 12 or 18, in Round 1, Round 2, or even Round 3. I'm always at least 5 - 10 strokes behind the leader too, or already out of the cut. I wish they would turn on some option for us to just reset career. So many players with issues on Career, it's crazy.

    Yes I'm still experiencing this issue.

    Platform: Playstation 5

    PSN ID/Xbox GT:  Maverick_Q4L

    Region: Indiana, USA

    Are you getting an error message?  It's not an error message.  It's an incorrect number listed as my "scoring average" in "season progress"

    Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?  It's been a few weeks now.

    Is anything else happening?  No.

    Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:  There's nothing to do.

    If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...  Shared earlier
