This has been fixed in the latest update..
You Know.. I Looked Forward For Months Waiting For This Game To Arrive , I Bought Every Golf Game Made By EA ,Going Back To The First Tiger Woods Game . And Although This Is A Great Game , Its Ruined By The Repeated Let Downs Of Bug After Bug. Not Only That, The Let Down Of Two Created Players Not Been Able To Play Each Other . This Latest Bug Of Everybody Starting And Finishing Even Par Is The Final Straw For Me . I Payed £64 For This Game And I Feel Thoroughly Ripped Off. I'm Going Back To 2k , At Least Its A Game That Works As It Should.

Hopefully this get sorted soon. Same issue here with everyone on E, PC player.
This is still happening on PS5, at least. The "in tournament" leaderboard shows wrong scores, but if you go into the menu it's fine.
Probably de-prioritized for a fix because it's only a visual bug. We'll see if they ever address it.
