I just don't think they care... this was a press release from Feb 28.
EA announced it will lay off 5% of its workforce, about 670 employees.
“We are also sunsetting games and moving away from development of future licensed IP that we do not believe will be successful in our changing industry,” CEO Andrew Wilson wrote in a memo to employees.

You keep posting that but not the relevant details of how they’re doubling down on their own franchised and sports games. That’s very misleading.

That’s very misleading.Yeah, especially since the team who developed EA PGA are now working on EA Sports' biggest release in years. They haven't fired the golf team and abandoned the IP, they've just moved on to the next project.
