    Sometimes, you get credit for it the next day.  Or you can just re-try the next day and it could work.  There was a similar issue when I played during an evening about 2 weeks ago.

The video did not attach because .mov files are apparently not acceptable. 

Also, I used the template from the bug report for other games because apparently there is no longer a bug reporting forum for this game.
