Looks like this challenge was not set up correctly.
The description says
Deciding to go for it or not on a Par-5 is usually a game-time decision.
Let’s get you practicing so you know which strategy suits you better.
Well, EA then gives you only one of the two strategies. Go for it. There is no layup option.
The land 5 balls within 25 feet should be for Go for it.
Land 5 within 10 feet should be after laying up or after EA moves you forward to a closer spot to wedge on with 5 tries.
Select 4 iron on approach, max high draw, move cursor to the right so left bottom edge of circle touching first cut. Should be 208 Y 4in approx. Go for it, add spin if appropriate but most times don't need if hit perfectly.
