Lost tickets attempting to play tournament.
I just lost 10 tickets attempting to play the ALL18-PRO tournament. I used 5 tickets to join the tournament and nothing happened but the game took my tickets. It happened twice.

Same here I lost 6k trying to join daily, hope these get returned, not going to try and enter any tomorrow till I know this is fixed, plus I got 2 weeklies to do, so if not fixed that will be more coins lost in theory
I have lost so many tickets and points on tourneys that get disconnected
never thought we would get repaid so I never complained much.
just part of the game how would they be able to tell if it was their server issue or the player's connection
so oh well. just write it down as a loss
- @davefv92 They tweeted that there would be a resolution for people who lost money and or ticket on twitter so hopefully something happens soon.

thanks EA!@ragingsaintWhy would they say that when people lost real money. If you used real money and the issue was due to their server, they have to reimburse. Also on twitter they said the are looking for a resolution for those impacted. Please see the response below.
Yesterday, there was a server-related issue that affected Challenges, Quests, and Tournaments. The main issue has been fixed, and we are currently working on a resolution for users that were impacted. We will update here once we have more information.
