I just lost 10 tickets attempting to play the ALL18-PRO tournament. I used 5 tickets to join the tournament and nothing happened but the game took my tickets. It happened twice.

I have lost so many tickets and points on tourneys that get disconnected
never thought we would get repaid so I never complained much.
just part of the game how would they be able to tell if it was their server issue or the player's connection
so oh well. just write it down as a loss
@davefv92 They tweeted that there would be a resolution for people who lost money and or ticket on twitter so hopefully something happens soon.
