Major Championship Course Rotation

I’d like to see US Open and PGA championship courses rotate and change year on year in career mode. Playing them at Southern Hills and the Country Club every year gets boring quickly and takes away a huge part of what makes these tournaments great and exciting.

  • Agreed. This has to happen with any career model and again I would like to see schedule customization for users. Keep thinking there might be a new course pack coming too with TPC courses like River Highlands, Deere Run and Twin Cities to flesh out the later part of a PGA Tour season. Possibly San Antonio and Louisiana would also make sense. This is something EA has a history of doing in Tiger Woods and I believe they have the rights to TPC courses with their PGA Tour license.

What does this mean? So now they'll alternate between two courses? That's still boring.

@Mickstudio1308 On that note any indication from EA that they'll be available within an existing career start or you'd need to restart to gain access to added courses?
  • I don't understand what is boring. We already have 30 fantastic courses and my point is that they already said they will add 4 others one.

Again, the easy fix is to allow for full season customization in career mode. TW 14 came close to this by allowing certain events venues to be changed. This customization would really improve career mode and should be included.

It's boring for the US open & British open to be at the same location each year. That's a part of what makes these events cool every year...because the course alternates from year to year.
