To confirm do you run anything like Discord, Hardware performance software, or additional mouse software that might have an overlay as well? Also did you make any adjusts to in-game visual settings when you first started or are you running the game at a different resolution than your monitor's native one?
If not, Can we try the following if you have not and check if there is any change?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)

This bug remains after yesterday's 4.0 patch. Absolutely nothing has changed.
Everyone on PC/Steam seems to have the same issue.
Please, can one of you just confirm that you can reproduce this mouse
behavior and that a fix is on the to do list?

Hi @GORFEN Thanks for updating after the most recent patch to confirm you still see this.
To confirm we have shared this with the team to be aware of. As far as testing myself or working on a fix, the Community Managers only work here on Answers HQ, across different titles and boards.
If I do get any additional updates from the team, I would be happy to share them in this thread.
