Need help with challenges - "Hit all advanced.."

im trying to do some challenges and it says "hit all ADVANCED" GIR... what is advanced, this is really bugging me because im now stuck

    I believe 'Advanced GIR' means using shot shaping on the shot that lands you on the green, but I've not completed these challenges myself yet to confirm and there is a post elsewhere from one user questioning whether these challenges are completing correctly.

The "tutorial" challenges suck, as they give you goals, but do not explain how to do stuff.

It is like somebody teaching you how to build a house by telling you "Challenge: build a roof". 🤨
