The free tier is packed of junk to enhance your clubs, this is true, not the premium tier.  The premium pro pass has shirts, clubs, shoes, hats, stuff like that. It's also giving more tickets, coins and XP. I wish I would have picked the premium pro pass of the one before, with the Jack Nicklaus clubs instead of the one we have now.

At the end of the day, the only specs worth having in those pro pass are the last one at level 90 and it's absolutely free on the free tier. The rest are junk.

@Wildesie Yes, and it also has XP, which is used to better your skills, which directly affect the game.

I'm not saying this game is 'pay to win', I'm just stating the fact that the Premium tier isn't purely cosmetic is an advantage, however small it may be for you personally.
