It gives you some xp and tickets, buy ABSOLUTELY NO specs/enhancements. You have claimed it did twice so far in this topic. Thus, all cosmetic.
And I have used my own eyes. This topic has come up before discussing the earlier pro passes. Again, cosmetic only. Look them up.
