    Hi @eZpZ_LEMON_SQZY2 I've seen were some items will show up on the full release of the game on April 7th. 

    If you are still missing items, I would first check if your retailer did not provide you with a secondary code for the in-game items. 

    If not, or if you purchased from your console reach out to our support for them to take a further look.

    Ok thank you for following up.  I have followed up with EA help as I purchased the DD edition from PSN store right on my PS5.  I will update on my progress.

      @eZpZ_LEMON_SQZY2 got my content now, not sure but maybe once I triggered a reward in game all my unlocks were under my rewards.
