No promotion to PGA Tour after winning 3 tournaments in Korn Ferry Tour

Summarize your bug Hi EA, I just won the Oregon Championship, which was my third win on the Korn Ferry Tour. After my win, instead of getting my PGA ticket the game told me I had qualified for the Korn Ferry Tour Finals as I was in the top 75. So, it looks like I'll be playing those 3 finals. No instant promotion to the PGA as advertised.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't know if you can, unless you are in the same situation as me and win the 3rd one in the Korn Ferry Tour and it does not promote you.
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not get my PGA ticket and must complete the Korn Ferry Tour season.
What do you expect to see? My PGA ticket and my promotion to the PGA Tour.
