No skill points awarded

I have not received skill points for the last 3 times I’ve leveled up . I’ve been sitting on 6 points saving for two more so I can get my next power boost and it says I have been awarded 2 skill points every time but they never appear . Would really like to continue leveling up my player as I love this game. But i can’t keep up with everyone else if I don’t get my skill points which is kinda breaking the game for me
