Not being able to play with friends

We both are on PC and launching through the EA App. Doesn't matter who hosts the private match, the game kicks us back to the main menu when in the loading screen.

@EA_Illium No error message. Just sits in the loading screen and then all of a sudden we are back to the main menu.
@EA_Illium Also after doing a lot of research, it looks as though this has been a problem for over a year and has not been fixed. This game has a lot of bugs and glitches and feels like EA has just given up on it.
This is really disappointing not being able to find a fix. I just want to play a game with my friends.
@EA_Illium We have been talking about this for ever, no one has fixed it. EA is such a trash company, scroll up to all the messages before this one, many people have posted about it before. Quit acting like you care when it is obvious you don't. Trash..... @RonDizzel13
