I had that happen to me as well on PC yesterday, but only on the very first round after the update finally went through:
Played full round on the new Liverpool course, no progress to any quests at all, and no XP given after completing and exiting the round.
I had to do irl stuff so i shut down the PC and came back to play more PGA a few hours later - and all over sudden everything was back to normal: Every quest was working as intended, XP was given, and after checking the new course again i went on to play / win a KF Trophy, all accompanying rewards given as well..
But yea, very first startup after the update going through / being downloaded on my client, non of this was working at all.
Yeah, I logged back on today to play a round and see if any quest progress would be given and it was. I completed the three daily quest tasks and saw progress on the weekly for eagles made at Royal Liverpool (that is now sitting at 2/3 complete) The funny thing about the 3 eagles at Royal Liverpool is that I actually eagled all three of them in a row when I played yesterday but the quest progress ended up being at 1/3 instead of fully completing.
I'm glad to see that progress can be made but unfortunately my career quest for the Masters still doesn't reflect the win. So if that doesn't get fixed I'll have to play a whole 'nother season before being able to complete that quest.

If you are still seeing issues with your Tournament Win in career mode not tracking correctly please let us know the following
- Which Tournament (s) are you trying to play?
- Is this an online Tournament or Career mode?
- Are you getting an error message?
- Do other challenges work normally?
- Have you tried restarting the game and re-entering?
Also, if you have not please also let us know the following...
