Will there be offline couch multiplayer, where you can play as the pros with friends, as you have been able to do in all Tiger and Rory games?

How can an "offline" mode, require an "online" connection
It's either a mode you can play offline, or it isn't
"CAREER MODE is an offline mode that will be playable at launch (but will require an online connection)."
