Online match play wins not counting

Hi thanks for the reply, this was before the update and it’s still happening, it’s happening on Xbox and ps5 because I play ea pga on both consoles. The only wins I’m getting is when somebody quits during the game and that’s making people not want to play it. I’ve beat 15 people on the first day of season 8 match play simulation and my record is played 6 won 6 , lost 0 even though I lost 1 game to a brilliant opponent who doesn’t get the W or the points.

Also today I was in a online ranked simulation 2-16 stroke play with 6 others so 7 in total , I was playing a par 5 but the scorecard said par 3 , when I birdied the par 5 it gave me a bogey because the scorecard said we was meant to be playing a par 3 so it took my 4 on a par 5 as a bogey . Does that make sense, either fix it or let me advise you on what is killing the game because it’s a great game with a great community but the online is broke , the society I’m part of just do private matches because they know the leaderboards are all wrong. I won season 7 sim on Xbox match play and stroke play ive played this since tiger woods 1 so I know what I’m talking about.

also I’m hoping to stream and YouTube this game a lot in the near future but I don’t think I can if the leaderboards aren’t working as any type of online career mode would be useless.

wow.  thats wild.  And its literally been a problem since day 1.  EA resents online competitive players. But I don't know in what world they aren't the majority of their customer base  lol.  I don't know who put it in their head that golf was different.   Oh wait I do know who.  lol.

pretty sure its been talked about for months and months bud.  Anyone giving you an answer at this point probably has no respect for themselves.  I'd start looking for a new job.

happened to me today so I stopped playing , scorecard said par 3 but we played a par 5 in online stroke 2-16 simulation, I got a birdie 4 on the par 5 and my score went from -3 to -2 , a bogey it gave me. Then I searched a few hours ago for a simulation stoke 2-16 again and this time 10 players hit the lobby , guess what ….. it crashed on the 3rd hole when I was winning on -3 , there was 7 DNFs when my screen froze , it allowed me to press start and quit, forfeiting and taking losses.  Most times your lucky to get 2 in a lobby. Online ranked leaderboards are broken why can’t they fix them or wipe them clean if needed to fix them at least your record would be legit. I win matches on simulation match play and it doesn’t register with the leaderboards so what’s the point in even playing for hours trying to get to the top against very good players when it doesn’t count. I’m not gonna play until it’s fixed if it ever will be .

This is happening non stop for me and my partner that play tour alternate shot. It’s like a crap shoot if the win is gonna count it’s very frustrating considering we got knocked outa first place on tour mode teams because of it. I’d say most of the time we are lucky if 60 percent of the games even count. It does nothing different end of game just either counts or doesn’t. We have to check the leaderboard after every match and normally restart the game if it doesn’t count. Please look into it!

are players quitting right before it ends to evade a loss or something.   I don't know why but I assume this must be some kind of cheat.   If its EA thats the problem,  that is deplorable.  I know for a fact it stops working after every update and its been like that since launch, but it should be fixed by now.  There must be somethign else going on.  lol.    I know no matter how you disconnect on 2k23,  you take the loss.

My record has stay the same for 3 days and I have played 40 matches in single stroke play. Please help.
