Online Tournaments bug, "missed rank" even after placing high on leaderboards

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get reward

Daily Tournament Pro 4 holes and
Every week's tournament received a Missed Rank
I haven't received any reward.

But the Daily Tournament Pro 4 Hole is 28th out of 75 players and received a Missed Rank.
