It does not work at all for me.
Three days in a row I have had several tournaments played with a final placement in the top 25 but still in the tab Final EA claims "Missed Rank".
If one press the Right Control key for the tournament to see the leaderboard one can clearly see that this is an error since I am placed in the top 10 in several of the tournaments.
The last tournament I played, I finished in 19th place and spent 12.000 coins on the entry, still it says "Missed Rank".
This game is so broken.
Still problems with not beiing able to play the career mode at all!
Still issues with challenges and quests not beeing completed despite fulfilling the requirements, most of the quest is part of the career mode which still can not be started!
Still not possible to change settings when starting career mode, then the game freezes and only thing one can do is to close using task manager.
Still big issues with competitive online gameplay and matchmaking.
So since several parts of the game which rewards the player with coins is not working and at the same time tournaments that has entry fees does not reward you with anything "Missed Rank" I am at level 33+ and have 0 coins.
This means I cannot play
Career
Competitive
Challenges
Social
Tournaments
That leaves private match - and who should I recommend this game to - to be able to play that game mode!
This is madness for a game that costs $85.99! and was released almost two weeks ago!
