Online wins not counting

I got to rank Birdie II and it hasn’t recorded one win since. I’ve won prolly 10+ match’s and it says 0/5 wins to rank up. It sucks because I’ve literally won like 10 out of my last 15 and it’s been for nothing. Any advice at all?
