HI @jpscott002 Would it be possible to get a clip of how both of these look for you?

Also, when you have a moment we can try the following and check for any changes. 

• Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
• EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
• EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
• Steam - Verify in your library
• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

To check if you make changes in-game settings, windows settings, or your monitor's settings does this continue to happen?

If so, could I get a bit more information?

Would it be possible to get more information on this?

• Client (EA app, Steam, etc.)?
• Monitor Make/Model?
• What is your monitor's native resolution? 
• Have you tried your device on another display or with another cable? 
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

I have tried it with two or three different cables, the monitor I use is a 55 inch Sony 4K smart TV that I specifically bought for 120 Hz display. The client is actually EA app

Also, would it be possible to get a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID?
