It's a sim golf game on PC, about 10 years old and abandoned years ago. There are still a few playing it, like there's still a few playing TW08 for PC. Probably mostly by those preferring to use a mouse swing.

There are 14 different tournaments, most are weekly. All are singles except two which are pair tournaments. Something for everyone. Over 500 courses available. Different methods of swing play but 3-click is most popular. Yes, no updates for years but still best golf game out there. I am a former Links 2003 player.

Most simmers have been there, done that. PG was talked at length on the old EA Rory message board. Most went to HB TGC because they prefer consoles and large screen TV, and have moved away from mouse swing and 3-click a long time ago. Most golf gamers addicts will always go to the newest game, and even though they say they won't pre-order this time, they can't help themselves and pre-order again to make sure they can start playing the game at midnight a few days earlier than the rest. 🙂

Like a lot of users at the time, I tried PG and hated it. PC game is just not my thing, that's what Dad was playing a long time ago and there's no immersion in 3-click for me. Even Dad is not going back to 3-click. I do appreciate 3-click helps a lot of users to be able to play a golf game and was requested many time in the past for TGC.

I remember my dad when I was in my early teens, sometimes around 2000. He was playing a TW game on PC where he was moving his mouse back and forth and though it was the greatest thing in the world. From what I read, Perfect Golf had something like that too. I could be wrong though, golf was the furthest thing in my mind back then.
