PGA Performance issues - Texture popping, FPS, Animations

The performance of this game is horrendous! feels like something from the 90s  Texture popping all over, slow frame rates, animations are really clunky  PGA 2K23 craps all over this game in ...

I have an egpu setup, and this is by far the worse I experienced in terms of texture popping and fps drops. 

Also, they forgot to paste the DLSS dll in the game folder. This is 2023, wake up.

    I'm still disappointed with the texture pop-in on PC. Like it's really bad and so distracting especially on the hole preview flyovers on Whistling Straits.

    I have all visual settings turned to Ultra, resolution is 4K, getting between 115-135 FPS depending on the course which is perfectly fine.

    AMD 7800X3D

    Nvidia RTX 4090

    32 GB RAM
