Hi @jeremystyl3 To confirm did your pre-order the deluxe edition?
If so can you try the following?
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
thanks for trying to help. I have attached screen shots showing deluxe as well as all files verified. I have also checked and there is nothing running that should be impacting it and I cleared the EA cache as well. I have also attached a shot of the game in my steam library with the play button greyed out.

One interesting thing of note, I purchased the game from Amazon and while it shows the deluxe version in the game info, when I look at the steam store, it only shows the standard edition as being in my library, with the option to buy the deluxe version. Is it possible that EA sent Amazon the wrong codes?
