PGA Steam Deluxe Edition - no early access missing pre-order items
I have Deluxe edition on Steam and i cant play the game. There is no launch option even tho it is 04.04

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Talk to Amazon's digital department and Steam?
What happens when the bug occurs? I didn't get early access or any of the pre-order goodies.
What do you expect to see? My original EA Sports PGA Tour Deluxe PC steam code pre-order instate with all the pre-order stuff I was supposed to get.
I have all my email receipts to show I bought on EA Sports PGA Tour Deluxe PC Steam version on March, 27th and the email from amazon on April, 4th say my contents was ready to download but no email or Steam code on Amazons site.
Have you contacted Amazon yourself to ask about this? I suspect it is them that will need to resolve this for you.
I've definitely talk to Amazon several times about it, everyone at Amazon seems to be clueless about what to do.

View your Amazon digital game codes:- Go to: https://www.amazon.com/yourgamesandsoftware
- For an FAQ check out here.
- Sign in to the Amazon account that purchased the Digital Game
- You will see a list of digital games you've purchased (Each purchase will show the game name, platform, CD Key, and date purchased.
- You can find the CD key here to redeem

Every time I try entering the code it keeps saying "this code wasn't found".
Can I please get some help? I have tried re-typing it many times and still nothing.

I purchased a physical copy and was sent the code through email.
I have tried every troubleshooting option.
when i contacted Amazon, they tell me to contact EA.
i preordered a disk version of PGA tour road to the masters and the code i received for my preorder content was invalid any suggestions on how i can get my preorder rewards

I also purchased from GameStop, and customer service sent me a code today. I tried redeeming the code on the EA store (invalid) as well as the Store app on Xbox (as they said I should). I wasn't able to redeem it.
I ordered from Amazon. Code was invalid when I went to input it on xbox.
I also purchased a physical series x disc through Amazon. The pre-order code I received via email returns a "not working" message whether I try to enter it via console or web browser
Pre-ordered from Amazon and it arrived today. EA sent a pre-order bonus code via email, but it shows an error message "not found" whether I do it via console or browser.
How can I get a working pre-order bonus code?
