Have you contacted Amazon yourself to ask about this? I suspect it is them that will need to resolve this for you.
I've definitely talk to Amazon several times about it, everyone at Amazon seems to be clueless about what to do.

Hi @ReganStation Try the following:
View your Amazon digital game codes:- Go to: https://www.amazon.com/yourgamesandsoftware
- For an FAQ check out here.
- Sign in to the Amazon account that purchased the Digital Game
- You will see a list of digital games you've purchased (Each purchase will show the game name, platform, CD Key, and date purchased.
- You can find the CD key here to redeem

Thank you but I do know where the digital contents is located. The problem is the code wasn't sent to me at 2am Central standard Time on the 4th like it should have so I called Amazon at that time and they didn't know why it had happened, at that time Amazon cancels my order so I could reorder it but because of this I lost my pre-order spot. This all happened at 2:30 in the a.m. on the 4th.
I purchased two copies of this game 1 through The PlayStation store for PS5 was able to download at 11:00 p.m. on the 3rd, no problem but the Amazon PC steam version had me waiting till 12:00 p.m. Pacific time so 2:00 a.m. my time to download the game but again because of some glitch somewhere I never received my code to get my pre-order PC steam version.
Spent almost $200 for this game to have it on to platforms.
Now I have a pre-ordered $92 deluxe version of the game on my PS5 with all the pre-order goodies and a '$92 deluxe version with none of the pre-order goodies but both were bought at the same time.
