I have Deluxe edition on Steam and i cant play the game. There is no launch option even tho it is 04.04

i preordered a disk version of PGA tour road to the masters and the code i received for my preorder content was invalid any suggestions on how i can get my preorder rewards

but i just called customer service and they gave me another code and it was still invalid
- @EA_Illium I purchased from Best Buy and they claim they didn't have any codes to give for preorder bonus content. They've said that I need to take this up with EA now. I need help, please!
Same here purchased 2 copies of the game from Game Stop original codes on my receipt didn't work; Game Stop emailed me two new codes, they didn't work either. Game Stop response:
