PGA Tour - Career Quests not completing properly

Started my Career. Played 72 holes and won the US Amateur Open at -20.  According the the quests, this chapter should be comleted...but I am not being rewarded or showing that this has been completed...

If you exit and return to the mode the stars will show up but no rewards given for completion.

PS5 Digital Edition.

Yes.  I left challenges and returned.  The stars are there but no reward was given.
