I am now seeing that I’m not earning Rewards for Quests, either…. What is going on?!?

Me too. I have completed a couple Sponsor Challenges and The 2023 Players Championship Round 4 Moments. They show “collected” but there’s no Rewards tab to open and get them…

I have just restarted my ps5
I just did the one where you play as Finau at Northern Trust for 9 holes. Have to get 1 eagle, hit 8 GIR, and score -5 or better. I got one eagle, only missed one GIR, and scored -8. I only got the star for the eagle.
I'm having the same issue of completing sponsor challenges and not getting rewards. Not even a tab for the rewards.
Same. I'm completing challenges and it is then saying the rewards have been collected, but it’s never allowing me to collect them.
Same. There have also been some sponsors challenges where I’ve done the challenges and it’s not crediting me for having done so. It’s not giving me the “stars”.
I don't know what the issue is was having problems getting rewards after completing challenges yesterday. Started working again now back to not getting them. This is getting irritating.
I’ve completed the Titleist TSI Fairways challenge dozens of times and it’s not crediting me for having done so. Won’t give me the stars for 3 long drives despite me hitting each drive over 100% power and on the fairway. I don’t get it.
I have won the USPGA and the game didnt reward me the legendary item!!!
EA Staff (Retired)Completed sponsor challenges for Titliest and Cobra and rewards tab isn’t showing up. Shows I collected the reward in the sponsor challenges tab but have not received any rewards for completing challenges.
I just completed the first 15 reward points for Taylormade which is supposed to grant me the SIM2 Max Hybrid but I don’t see any new clubs in my inventory. Wondering if I should even bother trying to grind for new equipment when I don’t even receive them 😕
Yeah same here. Fully completed the Cobra challenges and haven't had the rewards for them. Been 2 days now.
Not receiving anything for completed challenges or tournaments, no rewards tab showing up.
Shop has now also gone away.
