I am now seeing that I’m not earning Rewards for Quests, either…. What is going on?!?

Me too. I have completed a couple Sponsor Challenges and The 2023 Players Championship Round 4 Moments. They show “collected” but there’s no Rewards tab to open and get them…

missing rewards after completing challenges for sponsors and others
started happening yesterday and continues today
I have just restarted my ps5
I just did the one where you play as Finau at Northern Trust for 9 holes. Have to get 1 eagle, hit 8 GIR, and score -5 or better. I got one eagle, only missed one GIR, and scored -8. I only got the star for the eagle.
I'm having the same issue of completing sponsor challenges and not getting rewards. Not even a tab for the rewards.

Error Msg: No
Rewards missing: PGA Tour Tournament wins. Listed as complete but reward not received, problem started on Friday may 5th. So far the Pebble Beach Pro-Am and the events that follow up to and including the Arnold Palmer Classic at Bay Hill.
No other issues that I can see, tried logging out and back in but the rewards dont pop up.
I own it on both PS5 and PC. I completed one course mastery and the daily on the PC and did not get the rewards. I switched over to PS5 to see if logging into that account would trigger it but it does not. I completed one of the coaching challenges, but it does not show that challenge as completed in the list.
And to make things more interesting, when I logged back into the game after writing the previous post all my rewards suddenly came through and I was able to collect them. Problem solved you might think. Not so much. In my next round I finished and won the Players and guess what? No reward.
Seems to be an intermittent problem?
Happening again!!! No stars after completing Challenges and no Rewards tab to get Rewards for completing Quests!!! What the heck?!? This is really irritating!!!
