Summarize your bug A bug is occurring where the game and all game noise, etc. freezes when trying to launch into a tournament event in MyCareer. I had progressed through the amateur events with no issue but the game freezes and crashes when trying to launch into the first round of the first event on the PGA tour. I have tried restarting multiple times, uninstalled the game and reinstalled, and created a whole new golfer that would enter and play events without issue. I do not want to have to start a new golfer as I have used quite a bit of progression/points on the first I created that is experiencing this issue.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure exactly but this bug happens every time that I try to launch into an event in MyCareer with the first golfer that I created.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game as well as all game noise and the ability to move around the different options/selections on the screen completely freezes before the game crashes back to Xbox home screen.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the game continue on to the round/event settings and start-up screen where I can then select the ability to launch into the round and play the event to completion.
All of the necessary information is in the dialogue boxes above. The only other thing to add is that I have tried to skip the event and it still freezes and will not let me continue until the app is closed.
