Summarize your bug Progressed through career mode, primarily using full rounds. Switched to quick round format for the Waste Management Open. Finished the tournament tied for the lead, so it initiated a 3 hole playoff. After 2 holes, I was down one, but made a putt on the third playoff hole to tie again. As soon as the putt went in, the game crashed. Now each time I try to resume the current career mode event, the game crashes during load into the course. The career mode event panel reflects that I'm in a playoff and down one. However I can no longer resume and thus progress.

What do you expect to see? A way to avoid restarting career mode or resetting my profile.
Attempted to resume 3 times. Crash each time. Submitted a crash report through PlayStation, but unsure where those go.
