My game has crashed 10x in the past 2 days.... I am also on PC with same issue.
I’m have the same problems paid $75 for this game on Steam and can’t even make through a hole at the Masters as an amateur golfer without the game crashing repeatedly at the same exact point in the round it’s so frustrating. I’m trying to holdout in hopes of a patch or something but Injust might have to request a refund from Steam unfortunately 😒
You wont get refund from steam if played over 2 hours,iv tried it, no dice. They wont budge. Iv played 8 hours 50 mins,7 3/4 of those been played until 2nd hole unti tthe game crashes contionously on all courses.... Total waste of money,iv tried every possible fix I can possibly find,nothing works.
Same here. Had to make a new character as I could not progress through the first tournament. Reinstalled drivers, and reinstalled the game, but nothing has worked for me and I'm very disappointed with how excited I was to finally get a new golf game. it seems all the effort has gone into making the console playable but they haven't bug tested the PC version. The game even without crashing chugs along often even with a beefy setup and is the same on all low visual settings. With all the money we spent and the hours I tried to get it working, I'm just sad.
I tried changing video settings as well, same result of crashing.
I disabled Dynamic Resolution Scaling.. has not crashed since. I hope this helps.
My crash occurred during a Private Match with a friend in the middle of our round. This was on a PS5 console (my friend also on a PS5)
- @checkerpony All I did was go to the main menu and waited less than 2 minutes and it crashed.
This is now happening online after season 3 I can’t even load into a pre game lobby without it kicking me out and sending me back to the ea app
