Can a bug be raised for commentary in general please. I see too many bugs to raise specifics, calling out that I've had bogeys when I have a par, saying I might win my first tournament when I have won before, wrong number of shots compared to what I've hit. Too many to mention.

I think it's hard to get commentary that won't eventually get repetitive. Unless they update it now and again or set some dialog to only play after certain dates. I leave it on and sometimes, especially as I get better, I'll hear new commentary lol.
Some feedback though. Sometimes Iona and that other guy will comment on putting shots saying its a straight shot when it clearly isn't, so ignore them there. Also, when playing AI, they will comment on my round when it's my turn but have mixed it up with the AI. Plus, when I do my final shot of the course, they will comment golf is over, but AI has yet still to play. I'm not sure how much awareness the commentors have of the AI. Like they aren't even there.
There’s probably a decent reason - could cheat the system and gain loads of XP points (but you can’t quit a hole, so not sure how) but I am not certain it’s in the spirit of the game and XP to play 18 holes match play, pick up on 7 holes from within a few feet (lost holes) and only get credited with 11 holes completed.
With all of the bugs / commentary issues / incorrect scoring and now this….seems like Match Play is right down the bottom of the list for things to fix?
Hope they get all of this sorted before RyderCup.

Summarize your bug Commentary is not correct. When playing with AI players, at least in career mode, commentators will state things that should be about my player, but say them about the AI player instead. For example, if I am leading a tournament, it will actually say the AI player is leading the tournament, or if i just made back-to-back birdies, it will say the AI player made back-to-back birdies instead.

echoing a lot of the previous about inaccurate and repetitive commentary, but overall I find the commentary is good quality, and well produced - it feels relatviley genuine in the context of playing. Flyover is fine, the annecdotal golf stuff should occur less frequently (morning on the course, etc) and for the play by play, score related stuff absolutely needs to be fixed.
A number of longer play by play takes could be split, so that only the first bit or second part of a quote plays randomly less often, maybe pairable in other combinations to make it a bit fresher. Put in some RNG omissions for common things like nice drive etc - don’t need it every single time.
Still, when I make a good shot, even tho heard it before, its nice to get some love from the commentary so haven’t turned it off yet
I would be nice if the commentators can say the name of the golfer instead of “the featured golfer”. In quick play, the Alexa like voice when you select golfer can say the name of your created golfer. For example, if the name of your created golfer is Ana De Armas, the Alexa voice can actually say her name correctly. It would be awesome if the commentators can do that. Or use the Alexa voice when the golfer’s name is mentioned.
Commentary not being correct is still an issue even after the latest update. Especially in Career Mode, when playing with AI, sometimes it will associate my score with the other player, or commentary that is clearly for me at the AI. For instance, I will be in the lead and the other person in 3rd place, but the commentary will say that the AI is sitting comfortably in the lead or something to that effect.

Agreed... which is why I disable this feature in every game I have ever owned. Besides I can't stand listening to Rich Lerner.
